Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Coordinator to manage customer interactions and oversee operational tasks related to joint pole activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and complete OSP tasks within M6 and manage escalations
  • Serve as the point of contact for partner utilities regarding pole attachment requests and related activities
  • Input and compile Plant Damage Reports and manage documentation throughout damage project life
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Fundamental knowledge of job-related equipment and applicable techniques
  • Ability to work varied hours and days as needed
  • Basic keyboarding skills for data entry
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
