Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Coordinator to manage customer interactions and oversee operational tasks related to joint pole activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and complete OSP tasks within M6 and manage escalations
- Serve as the point of contact for partner utilities regarding pole attachment requests and related activities
- Input and compile Plant Damage Reports and manage documentation throughout damage project life
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Fundamental knowledge of job-related equipment and applicable techniques
- Ability to work varied hours and days as needed
- Basic keyboarding skills for data entry
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
