Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Coordinator to be the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve general and complex client inquiries, ensuring permanent resolution
  • Maintain and monitor client relationships, assessing strengths and opportunities for improvement
  • Document all client interactions and report issues to appropriate team members for resolution
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience
  • High School diploma/GED or equivalent required
  • Associate's Degree or post-secondary education required
  • Knowledge of Customs requirements, procedures, and regulations
  • Experience in customs brokerage preferred
