Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Coordinator to be the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve general and complex client inquiries, ensuring permanent resolution
- Maintain and monitor client relationships, assessing strengths and opportunities for improvement
- Document all client interactions and report issues to appropriate team members for resolution
Required Qualifications and Education
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent required
- Associate's Degree or post-secondary education required
- Knowledge of Customs requirements, procedures, and regulations
- Experience in customs brokerage preferred
