Job Summary

A company is looking for an Interterritorial Service Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate service calls for national accounts and interterritorial support with sales and service dealers
  • Log client issues, initiate service calls, and provide timely status updates to clients
  • Manage the Managed Print Services inbox and review invoices from dealers prior to payment processing
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree and two years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to analyze service data to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Adaptability to manage change and respond to evolving priorities in a dynamic environment
