Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve general and complex client inquiries and issues, ensuring permanent resolutions
  • Maintain and monitor client relationships, assessing strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement
  • Document all client interactions and report issues back to appropriate teams for resolution
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience
  • High School/GED or equivalent required
  • Associates Degree or post-secondary education required
  • Customs brokerage experience preferred
  • Proficient in Windows-based applications and knowledgeable about Customs requirements and regulations
