Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve general and complex client inquiries and issues, ensuring permanent resolutions
- Maintain and monitor client relationships, assessing strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement
- Document all client interactions and report issues back to appropriate teams for resolution
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience
- High School/GED or equivalent required
- Associates Degree or post-secondary education required
- Customs brokerage experience preferred
- Proficient in Windows-based applications and knowledgeable about Customs requirements and regulations
