Job Summary

Managing and executing work orders efficiently, the full-time remote Service Coordinator will optimize processes, ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables, and maintain communication in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Plan and schedule work orders based on customer requests and resource availability
  • Monitor work order progress, document status updates, and communicate proactively with customers and technicians
  • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality standards while improving customer satisfaction
Required qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of previous customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Access, and Word
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience in a related industry preferred
