Job Summary

Acting as a liaison between clients, technicians, and management, the full-time Service Coordinator will coordinate service tickets, determine service types, and schedule tasks based on urgency to ensure exceptional client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate service tickets and manage scheduling based on urgency and type of service required
  • Maintain strong client relationships by ensuring seamless service delivery and communication
  • Support the MSP team in operational efficiency through effective organization and multitasking
Required qualifications
  • Experience in service coordination, customer service, or a related role, preferably within an MSP or IT services environment
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and CRM software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
