Job Summary
Acting as a liaison between clients and technicians, the full-time Service Coordinator will coordinate service tickets, schedule tasks based on urgency, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction within a Managed Service Provider environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate service tickets and determine the type of service to be performed
- Schedule tickets according to urgency and manage client interactions
- Maintain strong client relationships and support efficient operations
Required qualifications
- Experience in service coordination or customer service, preferably in an MSP or IT services setting
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and CRM software
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
