Job Summary

Acting as a liaison between clients and technicians, the full-time Service Coordinator will coordinate service tickets, schedule tasks based on urgency, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction within a Managed Service Provider environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate service tickets and determine the type of service to be performed
  • Schedule tickets according to urgency and manage client interactions
  • Maintain strong client relationships and support efficient operations
Required qualifications
  • Experience in service coordination or customer service, preferably in an MSP or IT services setting
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
