Job Summary
Working full-time on-site, the Service and Parts Coordinator will manage repair orders, coordinate service appointments, and ensure accurate documentation while providing exceptional customer service and support to technicians.
Key responsibilities
- Generate, monitor, and close repair orders with complete documentation and service tracking
- Coordinate service appointments and communicate repair status updates to drivers and customers
- Order and manage parts inventory, ensuring timely procurement and organization of incoming shipments
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- 1+ year of experience in a similar service coordinator position required
- Experience in parts management or related shop support role preferred
- Basic computer skills for order entry and inventory management
- Transportation, logistics, and/or tech industry experience is a plus
