Job Summary

Working full-time on-site, the Service and Parts Coordinator will manage repair orders, coordinate service appointments, and ensure accurate documentation while providing exceptional customer service and support to technicians.

Key responsibilities
  • Generate, monitor, and close repair orders with complete documentation and service tracking
  • Coordinate service appointments and communicate repair status updates to drivers and customers
  • Order and manage parts inventory, ensuring timely procurement and organization of incoming shipments
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 1+ year of experience in a similar service coordinator position required
  • Experience in parts management or related shop support role preferred
  • Basic computer skills for order entry and inventory management
  • Transportation, logistics, and/or tech industry experience is a plus
