Service Coordinator - Florida Licensed

Job Summary

A company is looking for a National Service Coordinator - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate roadside assistance and monitor live jobs through vendor partners
• Set up replacement rentals for clients requiring alternative transportation
• Conduct follow-ups with repair facilities, tow companies, and Fleet drivers

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must reside in the Orlando Metropolitan area and the state of Florida
• Two years of experience in customer and/or vendor support
• Two years of administrative support experience
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
