Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Coordinator Lead responsible for ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through effective service coordination and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and train the Service Coordination team, serving as the first escalation point for issues
  • Manage service schedules, technician allocation, and ensure timely client communications and order completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and maintain performance data
Required Qualifications
  • An associate degree and four years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency with business collaboration tools such as MS Office applications and project management tools
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients
  • Self-starter with the ability to perform independently with minimal supervision
