Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming customer calls, dispatch service, and schedule calls
  • Create and dispatch work orders, attend planning sessions, and reconcile service paperwork
  • Procure parts/materials, provide service quotes, and ensure customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications:
  • College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of call center, dispatch, or administrative experience preferred
  • Basic financial knowledge and skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment
