Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Analyst (Client Service Analyst II) to support client needs and improve service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Educate clients about industry systems and products while addressing inquiries and resolving issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for clients and manage service improvement initiatives
  • Analyze client changes, evaluate trends, and maintain accurate communication to foster strong client relationships
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 2 years related experience
  • Experience in consulting with clients to meet business needs
  • Knowledge of IT service management tools, hardware, software, and systems
  • Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and develop solutions
  • ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent is preferred
