Key Responsibilities

Define, develop, and run reports supporting Customer Operations Analytics
Conduct account reviews to identify trends and opportunities in the revenue cycle
Quality check metrics and reports, ensuring action plans and follow-ups are executed

Required Qualifications

2-3 years of Revenue Cycle experience or relevant professional experience
Experience as a Business Analyst, in Shared Services, or Operations
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Epic Clarity Data Model - Resolute Hospital Billing Certification
Proficiency in Snowflake, Power BI, and SQL queries/knowledge
