Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide IT support and leadership in service management and delivery
  • Drive and govern enterprise incident, request, and problem management programs
  • Develop and present data trends, dashboards, and service level agreements (SLAs)
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or 2-4 years of related experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 4-6 years of related experience
  • Background in incident and problem management processes and service delivery support
  • Knowledge of IT standards, procedures, and policies
  • Experience working on projects and managing simple project efforts
  • Ability to analyze data and present findings effectively
