Service Delivery Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting IT service requests and project intake activities, the full-time remote Service Delivery Analyst, Associate will manage documentation, track project activities, and assist in monitoring project risks under the guidance of senior staff while residing in California.

Key responsibilities

• Review and route incoming service requests according to established procedures
• Assist with documentation and tracking for new project requests, updating project status in management tools
• Participate in project meetings by preparing materials, taking notes, and following up on action items

Required qualifications

• Associate degree in business, social science, or a related field
• At least one year of experience in a healthcare setting or related administrative/technical role
• Basic understanding of project management concepts and familiarity with healthcare IT environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn Azure DevOps or similar tools
• Awareness of Agile and Scrum methodologies
