Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Delivery Analyst to execute customer service-related processes within IT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor incident and change orders to ensure quality resolution, timeliness, and follow through
- Facilitate change control meetings and coordinate root cause analysis meetings
- Conduct customer rounding, trend identification, and coordinate IT communication activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in IT service delivery and a strong understanding of ITIL framework
- Experience in managing vendor relationships and driving service improvements
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and technologies
- Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
