Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Associate - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for customers on assigned accounts
• Oversee and coordinate projects for clients, ensuring positive experiences and effective engagement
• Monitor job progress during production phases and ensure final products meet customer requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer advocacy, post-sales support, or related roles
• High proficiency in EDGAR, XBRL, and knowledge of the DFIN ecosystem
• Ability to meet deadlines and make data-driven decisions
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, and DFIN proprietary software
