Service Delivery Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Associate - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and set up accounts on the document management and composition platform
• Troubleshoot client issues and provide day-to-day service, including data mapping and statement building
• Provide training to clients and prepare documentation and templates specific to client needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Financial or Information Systems
• Proficient with Excel, including v-lookups and if/and/or statements
