Service Delivery Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Associate (2nd Shift) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure systems/templates for new clients and provide day-to-day service support
• Perform data mapping and processing, including writing business rules related to client data
• Troubleshoot client issues and provide training on system functionality and navigation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Financial or Information Systems
• Experience in a client support or customer-facing role
• Advanced knowledge of technology, including MS Office and relevant software programs
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
