Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage colocation orders through the entire delivery process, ensuring timely communication with customers
• Coordinate with internal teams and guide project managers for the prompt delivery of project elements
• Provide post-installation support and resolve escalated customer issues effectively

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Project Management experience
• 2+ years of telecom/colocation experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Excel and Word)
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
• Desire to grow within the company
