Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to manage tasks and workloads associated with service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for smaller clients, addressing inquiries and tracking satisfaction issues
- Support the service delivery team by participating in data integrity initiatives and creating Service Delivery materials
- Coordinate additional service requests and ensure timely resolution of client tickets
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- 0-4 years of professional experience
- Exposure to or experience in Project Management, IT, Service Management, business, or analytics
- Project Management training (preferred)
- Service Management training (ITIL) (preferred)
