Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to manage tasks and workloads associated with service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for smaller clients, addressing inquiries and tracking satisfaction issues
  • Support the service delivery team by participating in data integrity initiatives and creating Service Delivery materials
  • Coordinate additional service requests and ensure timely resolution of client tickets
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (required)
  • 0-4 years of professional experience
  • Exposure to or experience in Project Management, IT, Service Management, business, or analytics
  • Project Management training (preferred)
  • Service Management training (ITIL) (preferred)
