Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for small to mid-size clients, managing inquiries and satisfaction issues
  • Coordinate service requests and manage ticket resolution with timely follow-up
  • Support internal teams with data integrity reviews and maintain service delivery documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 0-4 years of professional experience
  • Exposure to Project Management, IT, Service Management, or analytics preferred
  • Project Management or ITIL training preferred
  • Experience in Information Services preferred
