Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to support client service delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for small to mid-size clients, managing inquiries and satisfaction issues
- Coordinate service requests and manage ticket resolution with timely follow-up
- Support internal teams with data integrity reviews and maintain service delivery documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 0-4 years of professional experience
- Exposure to Project Management, IT, Service Management, or analytics preferred
- Project Management or ITIL training preferred
- Experience in Information Services preferred
