Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to support high-value clients and manage IT asset lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the client interface for inventory control and asset decommissioning, ensuring compliance with security requirements
• Oversee asset tracking and reporting for lifecycle management, including decommissioning and security certification
• Manage third-party vendors for warranty management and process improvements related to asset disposal

Key Requirements

• 2+ years of program or project management experience
• Strong understanding of internal logistics and IT asset management
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize asset requests
• Proven ability to self-manage and drive execution independently
• Proactive and solutions-focused approach, able to remain calm under pressure
