Job Summary

Serving as the initial point of contact for service issues, the part-time hourly Service Delivery Coordinator will manage incident management, service requests, and ticket ownership while supporting FORT customers remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage incident management and service requests for customer inquiries
  • Oversee ticket ownership and reporting to ensure timely resolution of service issues
  • Support problem management and service contracts to meet business objectives
Required qualifications
  • Understanding of ITSM/ITIL definitions, operations, and methodologies
  • Previous exposure to Audiovisual, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Unified Communications, and Digital Signage
  • CTS certification is preferred
