Job Summary
Operating remotely in Canada, the full-time Service Delivery Coordinator will manage scheduling for Professional Services engagements, oversee onboarding and technical kick-off calls with customers, and support financial tracking and reconciliation to ensure efficient service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage scheduling for Professional Services engagements, aligning resources and timelines
- Support purchase order and invoice tracking, validation, and reconciliation to ensure financial alignment
- Drive data hygiene across systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of work orders and customer data
Required qualifications
- 2-4+ years of experience in coordination, operations, or project support in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a customer-facing role with professional communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities
- Experience with scheduling, project coordination, and financial tracking
- Proficiency in common business systems, including CRM and project management tools
