Job Summary

Operating remotely in Canada, the full-time Service Delivery Coordinator will manage scheduling for Professional Services engagements, oversee onboarding and technical kick-off calls with customers, and support financial tracking and reconciliation to ensure efficient service delivery.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage scheduling for Professional Services engagements, aligning resources and timelines
  • Support purchase order and invoice tracking, validation, and reconciliation to ensure financial alignment
  • Drive data hygiene across systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of work orders and customer data
Required qualifications
  • 2-4+ years of experience in coordination, operations, or project support in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a customer-facing role with professional communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities
  • Experience with scheduling, project coordination, and financial tracking
  • Proficiency in common business systems, including CRM and project management tools
