Job Summary

Serving as the primary business relationship and contract management lead for strategic customer engagements, the full-time remote Service Delivery Director will manage customer expectations, contractual commitments, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful service delivery.

Key responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with customer stakeholders and facilitate governance forums
  • Manage day-to-day administration of customer contracts, including obligations, deliverables, and compliance
  • Identify and coordinate resolution of risks, issues, and service delivery concerns while ensuring proactive communication
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Operations, or a related field preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in Service Delivery, Customer Success, or related customer-facing operational roles
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, enterprise software, or managed services environments
  • Experience managing executive customer relationships and participating in governance meetings
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
