Service Delivery Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Associate Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply network configurations to hardware and ensure connectivity for customer installations
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers during onboarding
• Manage system incidents, document issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1-2 years of experience in technical support or IT roles, preferably in the software industry
• Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) and ability to configure network hardware
• Knowledge of wireless technologies and Linux-based commands for device configuration
• Familiarity with incident management tools and practices
