Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Delivery Fulfillment Specialist I.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage post-sale order entry processes and verify order accuracy
- Facilitate communication between customers and sales associates to ensure satisfaction
- Create service tickets and maintain detailed records in CRM tools throughout the installation process
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 1-2 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience
- Previous experience in the cable industry, particularly in C-LEC and I-LEC preferred
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Intermediate skills in software applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com and understanding of ROI preferred
