Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Fulfillment Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage post-sale order entry processes and verify order accuracy
  • Facilitate communication between customers and sales associates to ensure satisfaction
  • Create service tickets and maintain detailed records in CRM tools throughout the installation process
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED with 1-2 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience
  • Previous experience in the cable industry, particularly in C-LEC and I-LEC preferred
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record
  • Intermediate skills in software applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com and understanding of ROI preferred
