Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Service Delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage performance, staffing, training, and evaluations of the Service Delivery team to meet departmental KPIs
  • Oversee the provisioning and installation of Safety Platform hardware and software components
  • Lead the Service Delivery Engineers in providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of management experience in technical support roles, preferably in the software or technology industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience in technical operations or support leadership roles
  • Extensive knowledge of network protocols and troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
