Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Service Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage performance, staffing, training, and evaluations of the Service Delivery team to meet departmental KPIs
- Oversee the provisioning and installation of Safety Platform hardware and software components
- Lead the Service Delivery Engineers in providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of management experience in technical support roles, preferably in the software or technology industry
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in technical operations or support leadership roles
- Extensive knowledge of network protocols and troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
