Service Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end delivery engine for the Cybersecurity Standards Program, the contract Senior Service Delivery Manager will manage multiple workstreams, drive stakeholder alignment, and ensure timely execution of program plans while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own the program plan for cybersecurity standards development, including all phases from drafting to publication
• Maintain a RAID log to proactively manage risks and dependencies across workstreams
• Drive alignment and decision-making among diverse stakeholder groups while managing expectations and communications

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in cybersecurity or risk management
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a matrixed organization
• Experience with structured program plans, RAID logs, and delivery dashboards
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or a related field; Master's preferred
• PMP certification strongly preferred; CAPM considered for highly qualified candidates
