Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of managed security services and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage service delivery and operational processes to meet customer contract support and satisfaction objectives
  • Develop and maintain executive customer relationships while resolving complex issues impacting the business
  • Oversee financial execution of programs, ensuring adherence to budgets and strategic goals
Required Qualifications
  • Extensive knowledge of Threat Detection and Exposure Management operations
  • Experience with extended detection and response (XDR) solutions
  • One to two years of experience managing professional services in the information security industry
  • Three to five years of information security or cybersecurity experience
  • BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
