Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 6 years of experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer relationship management and contract management
  • Experience supervising and leading teams in engineering, IT operations, security, or software development
  • Strong expertise in IT service management and cloud-based service operations
  • Must have U.S. Citizenship and be able to obtain necessary security clearances
