Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to oversee client integrations and support teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage new client integrations and maintain communication with support teams and clients
  • Ensure support processes meet company and client standards, and assist in improving customer support experiences
  • Monitor service quality, team discipline, and maintain internal documentation and compliance
Required Qualifications
  • Fluent in English (C1-C2 levels)
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar position with proven team management experience
  • Familiarity with customer support platforms and analytics dashboards
  • Knowledge of Key Performance Indicators and SLAs in customer support
  • Experience with time management platforms and cross-departmental projects
