Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of IT and network services, ensuring service standards and performance are met
  • Oversee cross-functional technical teams to fulfill project and service delivery requirements
  • Manage service requests and incident escalations using agile methodologies, ensuring transparency with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • BS degree with 8-10 years, MS with 6-8 years, or PhD with 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • 3-5+ years of experience managing IT service delivery or infrastructure/network project teams
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL service lifecycle and agile delivery methodologies
  • Proven experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and multi-team coordination
  • U.S. Citizenship required
