Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to serve as the primary liaison between account management and specialty pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve payer concerns regarding specialty dispenses to members
  • Analyze payer complaints to identify trends and implement action plans for quality service
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and mentor newly hired team members
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in pharmacy operations, including intake and insurance verification
  • Knowledge of pharmacy operational processes
  • Experience with ScriptMed
