Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager - Patient Ops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key client contacts and translate their priorities into actionable projects
  • Lead the execution of service delivery initiatives, monitoring KPIs and driving accountability across teams
  • Develop and implement communication strategies for patient financial services and manage project timelines
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, focusing on patient operations, self-pay, or receivables management
  • Proven ability to analyze data and use insights to drive strategy and influence stakeholders
  • Experience managing projects in an outsourced, CRC, or healthcare consulting environment
  • Hospital experience preferred
