Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acts as a client advocate and manages escalations for service delivery needs

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of IT Service Management experience in a client-facing role

  • Proficient understanding of ITIL principles
  • Demonstrated knowledge of technologies such as Mainframe, Virtualization, and Cloud Computing
  • Willingness to travel as required for client service reviews
