Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to help meet and exceed client expectations by supporting consumers on their software and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client site implementations and ongoing maintenance, ensuring quality assurance and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client deliverables and provide training on system features
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly while driving continuous process improvements


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of direct client or associate/analyst experience preferred
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • Solid technical background with proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Exceptional analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
