Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager for Government & Enterprise Accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary service delivery lead for assigned accounts, ensuring SLA governance and overall service performance
  • Oversee incident, problem, change, and release management across various technical teams for timely resolution
  • Track, analyze, and report service metrics, producing structured reports for stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • Experience managing service delivery for Singapore government contracts or similarly regulated environments
  • ITIL Foundation certified with hands-on application of ITIL practices in SLA-driven environments
  • Practical experience supporting technical cloud or enterprise software solutions
  • Proven experience owning SLA performance and contractual compliance
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary technical teams without direct reporting lines
