Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager for Government & Enterprise Accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary service delivery lead for assigned accounts, ensuring SLA governance and overall service performance
- Oversee incident, problem, change, and release management across various technical teams for timely resolution
- Track, analyze, and report service metrics, producing structured reports for stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing service delivery for Singapore government contracts or similarly regulated environments
- ITIL Foundation certified with hands-on application of ITIL practices in SLA-driven environments
- Practical experience supporting technical cloud or enterprise software solutions
- Proven experience owning SLA performance and contractual compliance
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary technical teams without direct reporting lines
