Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Service Delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own service delivery outcomes for assigned clients and maintain proactive client relationships
  • Lead a team of Remote Operations and Field Operations professionals, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction
  • Oversee incident management and ensure corrective actions are taken for service delivery issues
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment preferred
  • Previous people management experience highly preferred
  • Experience in owning outcomes and service results
  • Comfortable leading both remote and field-based teams
  • Technical capability equivalent to a strong Tier 2 technician is helpful
