Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Service Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Own service delivery outcomes for assigned clients and maintain proactive client relationships
- Lead a team of Remote Operations and Field Operations professionals, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction
- Oversee incident management and ensure corrective actions are taken for service delivery issues
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment preferred
- Previous people management experience highly preferred
- Experience in owning outcomes and service results
- Comfortable leading both remote and field-based teams
- Technical capability equivalent to a strong Tier 2 technician is helpful
