Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure successful onboarding and delivery of Managed Service solutions for new and existing clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, managing service delivery and addressing concerns
  • Conduct regular analysis and reporting on service performance, facilitating continuous improvement and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Information Technology, including 3 years in client-facing roles within Managed Services
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in building collaborative environments
  • Financial acumen with understanding of business financial terms
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results under pressure
