Service Delivery Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Service Delivery Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end program plan for cybersecurity standards development
• Maintain a RAID log and proactively manage dependencies and risks to ensure timely delivery
• Drive alignment and manage stakeholder expectations across diverse groups without direct authority

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience, preferably in cybersecurity or risk management
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams in a matrixed organization
• Familiarity with Kanban methodologies and experience using Jira for program delivery
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• PMP certification strongly preferred; additional certifications like CISA or CRISC are a plus
