Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager - Contact Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients by acting as the liaison between Member Operations teams
  • Maintain client action logs to drive internal project plans and report results to clients
  • Identify areas for process redesign/improvement to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related area, or equivalent work experience; HS diploma or GED required
  • 6 years of experience in the health care industry or operations, including 1 year in account or relationship management
  • 1 year of leadership or people management experience
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring work visa or residency sponsorship
