Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to lead software maintenance and post-production support efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee software maintenance activities, ensuring timely issue resolution and system performance improvement
• Design and execute test strategies using data analytics to validate product quality and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions and ensure adherence to service delivery standards

Required Qualifications

• 10-12 years of experience in software maintenance, service delivery, or application support
• Strong experience in designing and executing test strategies using testing data analytics
• Proficiency in Java, MySQL, HTML, Visual Basic, JCL, XML, JavaScript, Java Batch, JUnit, and C#
• Hands-on experience with post-production support, debugging, and query optimization
• Strong working knowledge of JEE, Spring, Hibernate, REST, JSF, JSP, PrimeFaces/IceFaces, JDBC, DB2, and Oracle
