Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to lead enterprise IT operations and infrastructure programs supporting federal government agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical performance
• Acts as primary customer contact for program activities and leads program review sessions
• Monitors contract performance and prepares forecasts of program financial performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or commensurate experience
• Experience managing IT operations
• Ability to lead and mentor technical staff
• Required clearance: EOD clearance
