Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager III.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage onsite and remote service delivery, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction
- Oversee all ITO activities, ensuring compliance with SOW, SLA, and Cost Plan
- Facilitate continuous process improvements and coordinate internal Service Desk and technical issue resolutions
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of Service Delivery Management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in IT Infrastructure Outsourcing
- Ability to work independently in a remote and matrixed environment
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on delivering results
