Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager III.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage onsite and remote service delivery, ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee all ITO activities, ensuring compliance with SOW, SLA, and Cost Plan
  • Facilitate continuous process improvements and coordinate internal Service Desk and technical issue resolutions
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5+ years of Service Delivery Management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in IT Infrastructure Outsourcing
  • Ability to work independently in a remote and matrixed environment
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on delivering results
