Service Delivery Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Service Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Managers for the implementation and delivery of Managed Services and Ethernet-based solutions
• Ensure timely and accurate installation of services while managing multiple resources to meet critical milestones
• Develop and maintain an environment that promotes operational excellence and high customer service levels

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of telecom experience, with at least 1 year in a management role
• Project Management experience is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Experience in IP Transit, SD-WAN, MPLS, and Ethernet services is necessary
• Strong background in provisioning and activation of telecom services
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
