Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the implementation and maintenance of client benefit administration sites
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client deliverables and resolve inquiries
  • Drive continuous process improvements and provide training on system features
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of direct client-facing experience or associate/analyst experience
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • Experience in benefits administration and configuring a benefits administration platform
  • Solid technical background with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
