Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation and maintenance of client benefit administration sites
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client deliverables and resolve inquiries
- Drive continuous process improvements and provide training on system features
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of direct client-facing experience or associate/analyst experience
- 2+ years of project management experience
- Experience in benefits administration and configuring a benefits administration platform
- Solid technical background with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
