Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to ensure efficient and effective delivery of managed services while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and ensure services align with customer needs
- Oversee the end-to-end service delivery process, including planning, execution, and monitoring
- Define and monitor KPIs and SLAs to maintain service quality and performance standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline preferred
- 10+ years of experience managing large strategic initiatives
- 5+ years of experience working with Senior Management and presenting to C-Level decision makers
- Expert-level knowledge of project and change management methodologies
- Certifications in ITIL and optional certifications like PMP, Prince2, Lean/Six Sigma are preferred
