Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to support and drive the success of individual team members while leading a collaborative approach to achieve group goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinates assignments and manages workloads for implementation projects and support accounts
  • Maintains contact in challenging client situations to ensure successful project completion
  • Responsible for team performance management, including evaluations and coaching
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field
  • 5+ years of client-facing experience in a professional services environment
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience in a professional services environment
  • Experience in Insurance Claims, Billing and Policy, RMIS, GRC, EHS, and/or Healthcare software industry
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, XML, SQL preferred
